1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoneyMetrics360 ("the Service"), including creating an account, browsing the website, or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MoneyMetrics360 is a personal finance management platform that provides the following features:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly expense tracking
• Custom and system-defined spending categories
• Monthly budget planning and income recording
• Visual reports and analytics with category breakdowns
• CSV import and export of expense data
• Family group management and shared expense visibility
• Group expense splitting (equal and percentage-based)
• Cross-device synchronization between web and mobile applications

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and a password, or by authenticating through Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not create multiple accounts for the same individual or share your account credentials with others.

4. User Data and Content

You retain full ownership of all financial data, expense records, budgets, income entries, categories, and any other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant MoneyMetrics360 a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your financial data. You may export your data at any time using the CSV export feature, and you may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit intentionally false, misleading, or fraudulent financial data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Service
• Abuse family group or expense splitting features to harass or spam other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. CSV Import

The Service allows you to import expense data via CSV files. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of any data you import. MoneyMetrics360 does not validate the financial accuracy of imported data and shall not be liable for any errors, duplicates, or discrepancies resulting from CSV imports.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party authentication providers, including Google OAuth. Your use of Google sign-in is subject to Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. MoneyMetrics360 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your data prior to or following account termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• MoneyMetrics360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• The Service is a financial tracking tool and does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make based on data displayed by the Service
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of any calculations, reports, or analytics generated by the Service

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be available without interruption, or be free from errors or security vulnerabilities.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
